About us!

Hi! We are Cody and Lauren, a husband-and-wife team in Coldwater, MS! For years we've dreamt of owning our own business where we create beautiful pieces for your home.

We make all of our products in-house here in Coldwater. Cody and I work together to dream up and design new offerings for the shop. Cody then cuts out the metal pieces, grinds them, and powder coats them. Lauren handles social media, sales and customer service (though she's also learning to run the table).

We just want to say a HUGE thank you for supporting us and helping to make our dream a reality!

Do we do custom orders?

Do we use powder coat?

Yes we do, each piece is powder coated.

What is your lead time?

Our shipping policy guarantees a lead time of 2 weeks from the time of purchase to the time of shipping. We ship via USPS.

How small can we cut?

It depends on the detail of the item needed. For more questions, please contact us, and we will be glad to help you.

How big can we cut?

Maximum would be 32 inches by 46 inches

What thickness of metal can we cut?

We can cut metal up to 1/4 inch thick.

What thickness of metal do we use?

Typically we use 1/16th inch.

What happens if I have not received my order after being shipped?

If you haven't gotten your order after it was sent, please contact us. We'll talk to USPS for you. Usually, they get back to us within about 2 business days. We're here to help sort things out, so feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.

What happens if I receive my order but it was damaged in shipping?

In the event that your item sustains damage during the shipping process, kindly reach out to us for prompt assistance. When reporting the damage, we request that you provide pictures including images of the entire item, close-ups of the specific areas of damage, and photographs of the damaged exterior of the shipping box. We need the pictures to initiate the claims process.

Upon verification of the damage, we offer two options for resolution: a 50% refund or we can remake the piece and ship it out to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and aim to address your concerns efficiently. Thank you for entrusting us with your satisfaction.

Do we include hardware?

Most pieces we do add holes for easy hanging, but we do NOT include hardware with any of our pieces. You can buy the hardware to hang your pieces at any hardware store. Ideas of hardware you could use are nails, screws, anchors, or siding hooks. We have not tried any of the command products to use for hanging, but you could also try those or products like that.
